Former Director of the Apprise (the Medicare Medicaid Assistance Program) and Health Care Fraud, retired from the Mayor’s Commission On Services to the Aging, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Graduate of Antioch University with B.A. in Human Services Has served as volunteer director of Philadelphia Senate on Aging for over 10 years.
